Our Reality Martial Arts program of Integrated Combat Arts Training (iCAT) and Small Circle Jujitsu. focus on conditioning and provides the most complete and comprehensive self-protection available anywhere. Like MMA, our Reality Martial Arts (RMA) programs combine skill sets from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Wrestling to help you become a very fit and well-rounded fighter but for the street. The purpose of RMA is to preserve the health and safety of it’s practitioners, not preserving archaic traditions.
