Our Boxing program is a comprehensive, technique-focused training experience designed for individuals who want to learn and develop authentic boxing skills. Whether your goal is to compete, learn self-defense, or challenge yourself on a deeper level, this program offers the knowledge, structure, and environment to help you grow as both a boxer and a person.
The program is led by Head Coach Brandon Montella, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and undefeated professional boxer with over 10 years of experience coaching at all levels. After serving in the military and working in multiple industries, Coach Brandon dedicated his life to helping others through boxing. He began his own boxing journey at the age of 31, not for glory, but to gain firsthand knowledge in order to better teach others. Within nine months, he won three New England tournaments and captured the New England Golden Gloves title in his first year of competition. He went on to have 21 amateur fights before turning professional at 34, retiring undefeated with a 9-0 record.
Coach Brandon has developed Golden Glove champions and trained fighters for high-impact charity events like Haymakers for Hope and Punch for Parkinson’s. His coaching style is grounded in discipline, strategy, and personal accountability, and he tailors his approach to each athlete’s goals, whether they’re training to compete, defend themselves, or build confidence through rigorous physical and mental development.

You’ll learn proper footwork, defense, offense, conditioning, ring awareness, and the mindset required to push beyond your limits.
