Program Overview
Our Boxing program offers authentic, technique-driven training designed for all experience levels, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Led by Head Coach Brandon Montella, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and undefeated professional boxer (9-0), this program blends world-class instruction with the discipline and structure of true boxing culture.
Coach Brandon’s approach focuses on more than just punches, students learn proper stance, footwork, defense, ring awareness, and the mental toughness that defines great boxers. Every session challenges you physically and mentally, helping you build strength, endurance, and self-confidence through precision-based training.
Whether your goal is to compete, improve your fitness, or develop practical self-defense skills, our Boxing program provides the tools, structure, and motivation to help you succeed both inside and outside the ring.

What to Expect in Class
In our Boxing program, you’ll develop a complete understanding of the sport from the ground up. Each class begins with a structured warm-up to build endurance and coordination, followed by technical drills that focus on footwork, defense, punching mechanics, and ring movement. You’ll work mitts, heavy bags, and partner drills designed to sharpen timing, accuracy, and composure under pressure.
Conditioning is integrated throughout the session to build functional strength and cardiovascular endurance that translates directly into performance. Sparring opportunities are available for students who demonstrate the proper skill level, control, and safety awareness. Whether you’re training to compete or simply want to train like a boxer, you’ll gain real skills, a fighter’s mindset, and a new level of confidence every time you step in the gym.
