Program Overview

The Teen Samurai program bridges the gap between childhood and young adulthood, combining martial arts, self-defense, and fitness in a motivating and supportive setting. Designed for ages 7–13, classes focus on focus, discipline, respect, and confidence, while teaching real-world techniques from Karate, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

What to Expect in Class

Classes combine striking, grappling, and movement-based drills with lessons on discipline, respect, and focus. Students are challenged to set goals, improve technique, and grow their confidence through hands-on coaching and a positive, team-based atmosphere.
