Program Overview
Our Adult BJJ program provides practical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training for self-defense, fitness, and sport. Students of all levels develop grappling skills, positional control, and submissions in a structured and supportive environment. As part of Team Forsa under Professor Anderson Silverio, our classes combine authentic technique with real-world application for both casual practitioners and competitive athletes.

What to Expect in Class
Our Adult BJJ classes focus on building technique, strategy, and functional strength in a supportive environment. Each session typically includes a warm-up, drills to improve position and transitions, partner training, and controlled rolling to apply techniques in realistic scenarios. Classes cater to all skill levels, from beginners learning the fundamentals to advanced students refining their skills.
