Muay Thai — or Thai Boxing — is a dynamic striking art that utilizes fists, feet, elbows, and knees, earning it the title “Art of Eight Limbs.” Steeped in centuries of tradition, it is Thailand’s national sport and widely regarded as one of the most effective and proven forms of stand-up fighting.
Head Coach Dave Lyons brings nearly two decades of experience, certified under Kru Ciano Delucia (Fairtex) in 2020. Having trained extensively in Bangkok at the world-renowned Sitsongpeenong Camp, Dave combines authentic Thai techniques with a modern, technical approach. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or competition, our authentic Muay Thai program offers the perfect balance of challenge, community, and skill development for all levels.

Beginners Muay Thai
Focus on fundamentals: stance, footwork, basic strikes, and defensive techniques. Classes are paced specifically for Beginners, emphasizing proper form, safety, and building confidence in your skills.
Sparring
Open only to students with 6+ months of consistent training to ensure safety. Sparring allows you to apply techniques in a controlled environment, working on timing, distance, and strategy while supervised by our instructors.
