What to Expect in Class
Our MMA program combines striking, wrestling, and grappling to provide a complete mixed martial arts education. Classes are designed to teach practical techniques in a safe and structured environment, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete. You’ll work on punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, as well as takedowns, positional control, and submissions. Every session includes drills and partner work to reinforce skills, along with conditioning exercises to build strength, endurance, and fight-specific fitness.
No-Gi Grappling (Part of MMA Program)
No-Gi Grappling classes are integrated into the MMA program to enhance grappling skills in a format closer to MMA competition. Training without the gi emphasizes speed, grip adaptation, and smoother transitions between positions. Techniques learned in No-Gi are directly applicable to MMA, helping students improve their ground control, escapes, and submissions in real-world scenarios. These classes are suitable for all MMA students who want to strengthen their grappling game.
